Life lately...

It is full blown baseball season here at the Burkhart house.
Several games a week, a lot of washing of the [white] uniform, late nights....but we love it.

Besides baseball games we've had other things going on...
1. Kennedy is completely potty trained!! Yay!
-We are so proud of how she has mastered this. Yes, there are the occasional accidents, but they are few and far between.
-We still haven't risked putting her in underwear overnight or during naps (although she's been dry over sleep time for close to 2 weeks)

2. Kennedy and I are really looking forward to our Kamp Family Reunion in August in MONTANA!!!
-Kennedy has been talking a lot about seeing Steven & Karla and Jordan & Kristina. I finally got a little bit on video. She can't wait to see them and road trip with Oma and Opa!

In case you don't know who I'm talking about...
And here's the video...

3. We're still in the process of finishing up the nursery. It is still gutted...but it's all wired up now!
-As soon as baseball ends we will be working on getting that ready.

4. Ryan has been keeping busy with yard work. With all the rain we've been getting he has to mow often and it's not a small job.
-He has been working on clearing away a lot of the tall brush and it is looking really good. He plans to put in a firepit  soon!!
-Along with yard work, we have plans to have our very own wiffleball field on our property. Ryan has been in contact with the mayor of another small town about getting the lights from some abandoned baseball fields so we can put them up at our field.

That's all I can think of for now.
Enjoy some pictures and a video!
