We have some temporary curtains hung and dressers/beds put back in place. The only thing that really needs to be done is hang stuff back on the walls.
As for the nursery...
All the drywall is hung! Hooray! A big thanks to Ryan, his dad and his brother Brett for helping out this past weekend!!
Not only did they get the room from gutted to drywalled....but they also were able to run heating/cooling into Kennedy's room! (and rewire some stuff). Now all the rooms upstairs will have heating/cooling. Big change from just one of them.
Things that still need to be done in the nursery (as far as I can remember):
-tape and mud
-texture walls
-install new window (ordered, waiting for its arrival)
-paint walls
-lay carpet (which is currently sitting in our living room)
-install light fixture
-bring in baby stuff (crib, changing table, etc...)
-bring home the baby!!!!
